Automate PDF Creation in the Office using new FolderMill Software!

The main task of FolderMill is to monitor input files in the "hot folders" and to process them all according to the document processing standards set within a company. Available features include automatic conversion of incoming documents to PDF, JPG, or TIFF formats as well as printing them with any available printer.

FolderMill 2.0 can handle wide list of documents types, including Microsoft Office Word files, RTF and plain text documents, Excel files, PowerPoint presentations, Visio drawings and charts, Microsoft Office Publisher and Adobe PDF files, XPS, JPG, PNG, PCX, DCX, Bitmap, GIF, TGA, TIFF images and documents.

FolderMill offers a user-friendly interface. It consists of just two folders: one for the source documents and another for the newly created PDF files or images. Usually FolderMill is installed on the office server and can be accessed by every company employee.

There is no need to install any additional software applications: FolderMill ensures conversion of all the incoming files to the required output format with very few efforts: simply by placing the documents into one folder and taking them out from another one!
